Qook plugin · First release

A little less planning.
A little more cooking.

Turn your next “what should we eat?” into a clear meal plan, recipe cards, and one combined grocery list — in your ChatGPT conversation.

Start with what's on your mind.

“Plan five vegetarian dinners for two. Keep cooking under 30 minutes and make a grocery list.”

ChatGPT drafts your meals. Qook displays the plan and adds up matching ingredients for your shopping list. Ask for a swap whenever your plans change.

This plugin is in testing. A public directory listing has not yet been published.

  1. Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and choose Add custom MCP server, if available to your account.
  2. Use this server URL: https://qook-chatgpt.vercel.app/mcp, with No authentication.
  3. Install the personal plugin and start a new chat. Ask Qook to plan your meals.

No Qook account is needed. Choose diet, cooking time, ingredients and pantry staples; optionally include approximate nutrition. Preferences can be reused in the same conversation. Account linking and cross-chat preference storage are not available yet. Add custom staple pills, select all listed staples or make individual exceptions. Each meal card has an Anything else? field for quick changes. Copy a meal-image request into ChatGPT when you want an illustration; fridge-photo interpretation and YouTube searches also depend on ChatGPT capabilities. Grocery handoff is optional; Qook does not place orders or generate videos.
